He graduated with First Honours in Sports and Recreation Management (Specialisation in Sports Therapy) from THEi in 2025, demonstrating academic excellence in his field. His diverse certifications including NeuroKinetic Therapy, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer enable a multidimensional approach to rehabilitation ranging from athletes to elderly while integrating evidence-based practice with a holistic understanding of human movement. With 5+ years of experience in elderly fitness, Elvis has developed expertise in designing age-appropriate wellness programs. By combining his sports therapy credentials, Elvis creates comprehensive interventions that enhance overall quality of life.
