Childhood overweight and obesity has become the major public health issue worldwide recently, especially after the COVID-19 due to insufficient physical activity and overeating behaviors. These kind of overweight issues also lead to higher risk of getting health problems in the long-term like obesity, type 2 adult-onset diabetes, cardiovascular disease. The uncontrolled diabetes such as kidney failure, blindness and limb amputation will occur earlier in life. Therefore, parents start to increase the awareness of overweight issues about their children today.
We have been successfully help clients who are overweight to reach their optimal healthy weight category. Many studies have convincingly shown that children can positively influence the weight control, muscular strength, flexibility and cardiovascular training through regular and well-planned fitness training.
Additionally, our youth training program utilities various exercises to develop a wide range of skills like mobility, stability, strength, power, endurance, speed, agility and sports-specific conditioning. It generally aims to help youth improve their athletic performance on the pitch. Besides, it also helps to reduce the injury risk and build up the athletic performance like jumping, shooting and batting mechanics.
