Personal Trainer
Vincent is a NASM-certified personal trainer, more than 8 years personal training and group class training, with a strong passion to help people (esp. hate exercise) to enjoy fitness and sports.
He started his fitness journey in early 20s. He was obese throughout his entire childhood and got worser while studying overseas. Thanks to his homestay host who gave him much mindful thinking and motivation, he ended up losing more than 30kg within a year by his own. He realised that there’s more than a good diet or regular exercise, the way we think and keep inspiring inner self is crucial to be consistent.
His area of expertise are fat loss, hypertrophy, postural adjustment, strength and conditioning, functional training and HIIT. He loves to create a warm and happy atmosphere in the class. He believes that exercise is not a task, it’s a lifestyle. If you are enjoying it, you will get self-motivated and more willing to push yourself to your limit.
